WELCOME TO The Grace School
The Grace School (TGS) is a fully accredited, year-round private school alternative that inspires hope and community for learners. Recognized in 2024 for offering the BEST EDUCATIONAL SERVICES in NWA, TGS serves students from 5-21 years old.
Use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based instruction, an endorsed treatment method for children with developmental disabilities including ASDs, is the heart of our approach to targeting academic, social, and behavioral goals.
Welcome to The Grace School (TGS)! We are a fully accredited, year-round private school alternative recognized in 2024 for offering the BEST EDUCATIONAL SERVICES in Northwest Arkansas. We serve learners who sometimes fall through the cracks in traditional settings from 5-21 years old.
TGS utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to inspire learning. Extensive assessment practices are used to find challenging, accessible, and rewarding learning programs for each student. Teachers take a variety of curriculum materials (aligned with the common core or state standards) and establish measurable observable goals.
In addition to our school, Children’s ABA T.E.A.M. also offers clinic-based services.

We begin by listening to families, understanding their concerns and desires before our Board Certified Behavior Analysts begin designing learning programs.

APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS
The science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) guides our focus on observable, measurable behaviors. There is significant evidence to support the efficacy of ABA.
PediaTRIC THERAPIES
Learners who qualify for OT, ST, and PT can have therapies incorporated into their daily learning schedule.
PReCISION TEACHING
An ABA-based data collection tool is used to measure growth towards academic, social, pre-vocational, and self-skills in real time. It empowers teachers and students to be able to efficiently make informed decisions about teaching and learning strategies.
Individualized ATTENTION
We offer individualized instruction to meet the unique needs of each learner. Beyond Autism Spectrum Disorders, learners with a wide range of developmental disabilities can benefit from learning programs developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
Small Group Instruction

In addition to serving children, TGS also serves older learners. Growing into adulthood is a critical stage of life that offers exciting milestone. It also can be challenging transition for many families.
At an age when more learners can begin falling through the cracks, TGS fosters independence while also offering an appropriate level of ABA-based instructional support for both academic and social-emotional development.
We believe that all students, regardless of their age, can and will learn given the right set of tools and instruction. Simply put, we believe if a student isn’t learning it is the teaching that must be fixed, not the student!

The GRACE School
Established in 2008
Parents of children receiving pediatric therapy at Children’s Therapy TEAM established the school in 2008. The school serves as the first of its kind in Northwest Arkansas and is accredited through Cognia, a seal of educational quality that is recognized worldwide.

BCBA Professionals
Our school is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA’s) who are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. BCBA’s offer intensive, ongoing training for every member of our instructional TEAM.
